ACR Presents the Biggest-Ever Microstakes Event – The Dream

If you want to enter the world of poker but have had difficulty establishing a bankroll, Americas Cardroom is now hosting the tournament of your dreams. And, by the way, its name is The Dream! The Dreams microstakes tournament will include 22 Day 1 flights with a $2.50 buy-in during the month of February. A $100,000 prize pool is guaranteed.

Purchase Day 1 Flights From $2.50
Every day, you will be able to participate in Day 1 flight for only $2.50. Nevertheless, if that is a little too pricey for your bankroll at the moment, there are satellites with buy-ins as low as $0.11.

The Day 1 Flights will operate every two hours till February 11th. The first flight of the day takes off at 1:02 a.m. EST and the final flight departs at 11:02 p.m.

The second day will occur on February 26, and the final table will be held on Monday, February 27. Over 1170 will finish in paid places, and a $100,000 prize fund is assured.

Day 2 will also include two extra tournaments: a $75,000 PKO with a $16.50 buy-in and a $15,000 PKO with a $2.50 buy-in. There are incredible guarantees for such little buy-ins; ordinarily, a $15 buy-in tournament at ACR would have a $2,000 prize pool, so these tournaments provide incredible value.

Progressive Knock-Out Methodology
The Dream poker tournament will use a progressive knockout (PKO) structure for all events. Thus, if you remove a player, whether you’re in a Day 1 event, Day 2 or at the Final Table, you’ll receive a little additional boost added to your overall earnings.

With Microstakes Tournaments, Your Bankroll Can Grow
Developing a bankroll is a lengthy process, particularly when beginning from nothing. In most circumstances, if you were starting off playing in tournaments with $2.50 buy-ins, you’re looking at a $1000 prize pool with a first prize of roughly $300.

Here, in ACR’s The Dream event, there’s $100,000 up for grabs, meaning first place may earn tens of thousands of dollars. That’s a much, much greater increase to your bankroll than you’d ordinarily win from the average microstakes event.
